Data administrator – We are the administrator of your personal data- GOD IS LOVE Sp. z o.o. with registered office in Łódź (90-227) at Wierzbowa 21 Street. We process your data in accordance with the requirements set out in Polish law, and in particular in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of legal person with regard to the processing of personal data and on free data flow and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC, hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”.

User – you and other people who use our website and its sub-pages.

Personal data – any information identifying or enabling the identification of a legal person, i.e. the data subject applies, including cookies.

Cookies files – commonly known as cookies. This is a type of IT data, usually in the form of small text information that is stored on your end device (e.g. computer, smartphone, tablet). Some cookies are stored until you close your web browser, others are collected on your device for the time specified in the cookies parameters or until you delete them.

Privacy and cookies policy- these are the rules for processing personal data and conditions for maintaining the confidentiality of website users. These are also the rules for using cookies on the website, specified in this document.

We also point out that other terms than those mentioned in this Privacy and Cookies Policy in upper case have the meaning given to them in the Regulations of the Store www.godislove.pl

Is your data safe with us?

It is very important for us that you feel safe when you visit our website. We want you to be aware that from the moment you provide us with your data, we care about it while maintaining appropriate standards.

Remember that you have the right to access your personal data and you can verify, correct or even delete it. You also have the right to limit data processing. For this purpose, you should send the appropriate request to us as the Administrator of your personal data.

If you find that we are processing personal data contrary to applicable legal requirements, you have the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory body, which is the President of the Office of Personal Data Protection. You also have the right to object to the processing of personal data, including the objection to processing for the purposes of direct marketing, if the basis for processing are our legitimate interests as an Administrator or a third party (two types of objection).

How do we obtain your data?

To be able to contact us, you have to fill out a form. It requires certain personal data to be provided. You can also contact us using the data provided by us, e.g. email address or phone number.In such correspondence, you also provide us with your personal data, such as e-mail address or telephone number. You provide us with your personal data also by using the services offered by the Store, including when subscribing to the newsletter (email address) and placing an order through the Store.

Please be advised that you cannot use the services provided through the Store anonymously or under a pseudonym.

Providing personal data by you is voluntary, at the same time it is necessary for us to be able to answer you or conclude a distance sales contract with you.

For what purpose and scope do we process your data? On what basis?

We process and use your personal data to the extent and to implement the services offered through the Store, including in particular the implementation of sales contracts concluded, resolve the matters presented by you during contact with us and for marketing purposes consisting in the promotion and optimization of our activities and services, and Store operations (including analyzing usage of the Store and the newsletter to tailor their content to your preferences).

If you give additional and optional consent, we will process your data for the purposes of sending newsletter by e-mail.

The legal basis for us to process your personal data is Article 6 clause 1 lit. b, c and f of GDPR. Our legitimate interest is to conduct marketing of the services we offer and ourselves, as well as to resolve the matters presented by you.If you agree to receive the newsletter, the legal basis for processing your personal data will also be art. 10 of the Act dated on July 18th, 2002 on the provision of electronic services and art. 172 of the Telecommunications Act dated on July 16th, 2004. If you give such consent, you can revoke it at any time. However, revocation of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing your personal data so far, i.e. before revoking your consent.

Personal data related to the message/e-mail you send will be processed by us only for the time necessary to answer and resolve the matter presented by you. Personal data related to marketing activities will be processed for the time necessary to conduct them or until your object to further processing of personal data.

Personal data will also be processed by us for the time needed to provide services to you, and after the end of their provision – for the time needed to demonstrate the correct performance of our obligations on your behalf. This period corresponds to the length of the limitation period for claims and limitation of tax obligations.

We also inform you that we will register the IP number of the computer through which you will use the Store.

Who do we provide your data to?

The recipients of our Users’ personal data are or will be entities: providing hosting (storage) of this website, provider of website security tools, sending newsletter, website traffic analytics or conducting marketing, as well as advertising agencies and authorized state bodies, payment operators, mail and couriers.

We want to assure you that you can require the same standards from third parties that we provide.

Entrusting the processing of Users’ personal data collected by us to other entities is based on the contract providing the processing of personal data.

How do we secure your data?

In accordance with the applicable provisions on the protection of personal data, we use technical measures to prevent your personal data that you send us electronically being obtained and modified by unauthorized persons. We provide you with the option of contacting us anonymously or using a nickname, but in some cases we may require you to provide us with your personal information.

For what purpose and scope do we use cookies?

This website uses cookies, which can be read by our ICT system. We store some cookies on your end device (e.g. computer, smartphone, tablet). Access to this information is obtained for statistical purposes, e.g. to visit counters, use of probes, language preferences, analysis of the way users use the Store or the newsletter, as well as for marketing purposes, e.g. by analyzing your activity on the website and in the newsletter and matching their content to your needs and interests, i.e. personalizing the content.

For statistical purposes, we use the Google Analytics service that uses these cookies. Thanks to Google Analytics, we have the opportunity to obtain information on how the User behaves when using our website, including how much time he spends on our site, which subpages he browses. In order for us to know about it, the information generated by cookies (including the IP address) is first transferred to Google.Based on this information, Google creates reports on website traffic and other related services. Google may transfer this information to other entities, if it is required to do so by applicable law, or cooperating entities that process such data on behalf of the company. How can you limit or disable cookies?

If you want to limit or disable cookies, you can do it yourself by changing the settings of your web browser. Keep in mind that changing the cookies settings may affect the proper functioning of our website, i.e. you may have difficulty logging in to the Account, continuing or placing an order in the Store, it may also result in the loss of the session after logging in to the Account.
